Telephones – We Are Listening!

To try to free up some telephone lines we are trialling a new system. We will send patients that require certain appointments, such as a flu vaccine or a blood test, a personalise text link so that patients can book directly.


How can you help?
As a patient on your next routine contact with the surgery please make sure we have your current mobile number against your records. Alternatively update your details via our website:

Please do not ring specifically just to check that we have your current mobile number as this will cause further issues with phone queues, this is a new process that will take a while and we will use other contact methods in the interim too.

What won’t we do?

 

  • We will not ask for payment; NHS is free at the point of contact.
  • We will not ask for address details
  • We will not ask for mothers’ maiden names etc.
